"Way Beyond" as written by and Skye Godfrey Paul David Godfrey....
Suddenly it occurred to me, lost as I am,
There's breathing room on both sides of me,
So what if we beg to differ my friend?
That dissolves away as fast as gravity will take me.

Suddenly I came to be lost in my head,
A victim of anxiety,
So what if I beg to differ my friend?
Let's fall away as fast as gravity will take us in.

[Chorus]
Guide me way beyond this, way beyond this world.
Thought you would!
Guide me way beyond this, way beyond this world.

Suddenly what occurred to me got to my head,
Your broken words inspire me,
So what if we beg to differ my friend?
We dissolve away as fast as gravity will take us in.

[Chorus] x1

You taught me to face what I've never seen.
Then you led me blind, it's all been untrue.
You taught me to hate above everything.
Then you sold me lies, you're not what you used to be.
I'll try to erase everything you've done to me.

Guide me way beyond this, way beyond this world.
Thought you would, thought you would, thought you would!

[Chorus] x1

Thought you would x6 [way beyond this world]

General CommentYou taught me to face what I never seen
    Then you let me fly
    (It's all been a dream)
You taught me to hate above everything
    Then you sold me lies
    (You're not what you seem)
Outside you erase what you've done to me

I'm pretty sure that's how it goes

General CommentI think song is about a guy who has been screwed over by a friend (not ex girlfriend or whatever) that he looked up to. 'You taught me to face what i've never seen, then you led me blind' means they had a lot of power over him but misused this power somehow, perhaps by making him do things he shouldn't be doing or didn't want to do.. 'You watched me obliged and i watched you see'.
The first half of the song talks about him being naive and anxious whereas the climax at the end shows him kind of having an apiphany, and the realisation that he really has been used.

I could be totally wrong, as this is one of my first lyrical analyse' but either way, this band is great with amazing lyrics! :)
