"Don't Dance" as written by and Joseph/taylor Goddard....
Here comes the evil man
Pray for their lives, you'll end
Smashing though he throws

Like I'm losing with my wings in orbit
Try my best to make the moment awesome
If you remember not to tread with caution
I'll make your body speak in full distortion

I can't sleep at night, I fear death's warning
I keep afloat by holding tide so cautious
Somebody dragged me here, I'm trapped with wild horses
And now I'm losing and my heart is nauseous

[Chorus]
Don't dance, don't dance, don't dance, don't dance
Don't dance, don't dance, don't dance, don't dance
Don't dance, don't dance, don't dance, don't dance
Don't dance, don't dance, don't dance, don't dance

You can't win

Where there's freedom, there's freedom, is this freedom?
(Don't dance, don't dance, don't dance, don't dance)
Where there's freedom, there's freedom, is this freedom?
(Don't dance, don't dance, don't dance, don't dance)

Where there's freedom, there's freedom, is this freedom?
(Don't dance, don't dance, don't dance, don't dance)
Where there's freedom, there's freedom, is this freedom?

Papa's left, papa's left, papa's gone away from here
What is left in it's place? Only our aching feet
You can see, you can see, is there an exit here?
I believe, I believe we're gonna leave this here
[Chorus]

You can't dance

General CommentSounds like "Smash the gourd he throws" to me.

And "Like I'm losing with my wings in orbit" sounds like "I come woozy with my wheezing organ(s?)" to me.

"I keep afloat by holding tide so cautious"
    tide=tight, I think.

    "Papa's left, papa's left
    Papa's gone away from here"
This sounds more like "Love has left, love has left, love has gone away from here" to me.

General CommentOh, the first line is "Denounce the evil men." Hot Chip has a track-by-track commentary video on their myspace, and Joe talks about this being about George Bush and Tony Blair being evil and wanting them to pay for their crimes. Haha.

General Commentthe third line is "Smashing gaudy throws." It sounds like "he" because the -y ending of gaudy is slightly delayed

General CommentI'm pretty sure the first verse is

    "Denounce the evil men
Pray for their lives to end
    Smash their gaudy thrones
    Dance upon their bones"

in the third verse, I think it's "Somebody dragged me here on back of wild horses"

and near the end, it sounds to me like

"Who can see, who can see
    is there an exit here?
    I believe, I believe
    we will leave this fear"
