"Out at the Pictures" as written by and Joseph/taylor Goddard....
It's on every street,
It's fuckin' cheap,
Sometimes you find up in your mind...

Are you at the pictures,
Or out at sea?
It's better this way,
Trust you, believe me

Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(There's a whole world in there)
Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(Just don't stop and stare)
Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(You will find gel there)
Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(There's a hole in the world there)

We like it for what we just got,
It's better still,
It's something hot

Out at the pictures,
I cannot see,
It's better this way,
Trust you, believe me

Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(There's a whole world in there)
Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(Just don't stop and stare)
Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(You will find gel there)
Whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-whe-the-weather weather weather weather
(There's a hole in the world there)

General CommentNot sure what this song's about, but it's way the best on their new album.

I love the part where it just keeps going "weatherweatherweather". Awesome.

General CommentEh, I would say this is far from the best on their new album. Wrestlers, We're Looking For a Lot of Love, Touch Too Much... there are much better songs. I feel like this song sounds the least like Hot Chip on MITD. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but it's one of my least favorites (next to Whistle for Will, bleh) on the album.

General CommentSeeing as the booklet says the song is for J.D. Wetherspoon, the chorus might well be "Wetherwetherwetherwether..."

General CommentI always thought the first line was 'It's on every street, it's fucking cheap' and the backing vocal was 'where the...'
In which case I guess the song is about trying to find a cinema. :P
