The air is good here,
So I'll breathe in deeply,
Then release all that I hold inside.

My lungs are gilded gold,
But I know how the time may go
Before the toxins flow.
I'll wait quietly, I'll wait quietly.

Because I'm afraid
And longing to be brave,
Now, and face these toxins,
Without any fears,
Without one single fear.

Toxins roam these parts
From time to time,
So watch yourself,
Because they might just land themselves
Upon your doorstep.

General CommentThis guy starts out knowing how blessed he is and how good God is, so he takes hold of what he's been given and cherishes it. But he knows that the Christian life isn't always easy and that eventually the storms will come.

When the storm does come, he sees it and fears it, but knows the God has something in store for him if only he would face it. He's starting to see that sin is crouching at his doorstep and that he cannot take his eyes off of God if he wants to get through it.
