"Into The Galaxy" as written by Vincent Heimann, Andrew Szekeres and Daniel Stricker....
Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

An apparition
Of twilight visions
A final mission
Of superstition

Reactivated
Now automated
Appropriated
Investigated

Global tectonics
Psycho robotic
Plasma bionic
Bred supersonic

A new translation
For integration
Your invitation
G-L-O-R-I-A

Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

Hyper creation
Or reinvention
Love and affection
Gaining attention

United Nations
Interrelations
A declaration
Of hypertension

Emerging summits
Pre-emptive plummet
We drop atomic
To shooting comets

The controversial
Ultra commercial
Now universal
G-L-O-R-I-A

Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
Out into the galaxy

Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy

Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy

Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy

Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy
Out into the galaxy

General Commentthis song is awesome. The verses remind me of talking heads and devo and the chours reminds me of bowie with dancey overtones the whole way along.
I think this song is like the beginning of them floating off into 'dystopia'. Everything beginning to end and people are starting to die in the new dystopian world.

General CommentWar of the worlds-like alien invasion theory: I think this is part 11 (part 1 being 'intro', part 5 being 'scorpius' and part 7 being 'nine lives')

My favourite song of the album dystopia.

    About leaving earth for space.

Song MeaningThis song is about how people used to believe the world was flat, and sailors believed if you sailed to far in one direction you would fall off the face of the earth.

"Floating to the edge of the world
Floating to the edge of the sea
Floating off the edge of the ocean
    Out into the galaxy"

General CommentThis is obviously a continuation of the Armageddon theme contained in other songs on the album. But who is G.L.O.R.I.A.? And why is her (or its) name spelled out? Does G.L.O.R.I.A. stand for something else?

General Commentit's probably a reference to Van Morrisson's song G.L.O.R.I.A.

General CommentI think the gloria part isn't that significant. Since the whole song is about starting a new life off Earth since it's destruction, it's asking you to join in the glory of being part of the new life.
