"Banging Heads" as written by Thomas Michael Smith, Christopher Dominic Urbanowicz, Russell Leetch and Edward Owen Lay....
Why d’you keep a lock on the door?
These people bang their heads like the law
Why d’you keep a lock on the door?
Do you even know?

You let out a laugh,
Like a child,
Now go find yourself a place to stay in this world
No one knows about.

Why d’you keep a lock on the door?
These people bang their heads like the law
Why d’you keep a lock on the door?
Do you even know?

You let out a laugh,
Like a child,
Now go find yourself a place to stay in this world
No one knows about.

Why d’you keep a lock, why d’you keep a lock on the door?
Why d’you keep a lock, why d’you keep a lock on the door?

You let out a laugh,
Like a child,
Now go find yourself a place to stay in this world
No one knows about.

General CommentI love the vocals in this song.
I have no idea what it means, and it's kind of repitive, but I like it all the same. :]

Oh, and in case anyone's wondering, this is the B-side of "The Racing Rats" single.

General CommentPerson who is confused on why things are happening. This song could also mean that someone who is insane and wants people to know his thoughts or claims to be safe. lol

General Comment(Why'd you keep a lock on the door?) To me its about someone scared to speak their mind as their silence makes them feel safe. (These people bang their heads like the law) They want to speak out about the inconsistencies of the people they find themselves surrounded by. (Do you even know?) They start doubting themselves and become a bit more self-assured.

(You let out a laugh like a child) They relax and give their opinion,
(Now go find yourself a place to stay in this world no one knows about) and gets condemned in doing so and end up wanting to go back into hiding and silence.
