"Fighters (feat. Matthew Santos)" as written by Wasalu Jaco and Rudolph Loyola Lopez....
When the fighters all around
All the lovers are on the ground
No one will save you anymore
So whats happenin, whachu you rappin about
Lets see boy
Is it cars, is it girls
Is it money
The world

Or is it somethin they could never believe
Or is it somethin you could never achieve
Is it beyond your means, is it inside your dreams
Can it never come out cause its scared to, unprepared to
To worry about the words of the people is weird too
You don't want em to hear you
You just wish it was a door that would appear
That you can go disappear through
Well I'm feelin your pain, I was feelin the same

When the fighters all around
All the lovers are on the ground
No one will save you anymore
So whats happenin, whachu you rappin about
Lets see boy
Is it cars, is it girls
Is it money
The world

Man, I really miss my pops
Hope that god watches over him and that hes on top
That there is no more disease and that he's alright
That hes one of the generals inside the army of the light
And grandma, you know I had to bite somethin from ya
So after every show its peace, and much love to ya
Auntie tweetys on the way please look out for that girl
I know we'll meet again so it's never me against the world

When the fighters all around
All the lovers are on the ground
No one will save you anymore
So whats happenin, whachu you rappin about
Lets see boy
Is it cars, is it girls
Is it money
The world

I hope that god forgive us all of us sinners
Turn us back into beginners put us up where the winners go
Holy apartments in the gardens in which the rivers flow
Thank you for all your blessins and all of your miracles
I thank all my fans and all my supports
Shout out to bishop g congrats on ya new baby daughter
I tip my hat to all my family and friends
Now we just got one more to go l-u-p-END

When the fighters all around
All the lovers are on the ground
No one will save you anymore
So whats happenin, whachu you rappin about
Lets see boy
Is it cars, is it girls
Is it money
The world

General Commentit's money. for the love of god it is money.

so what's happening? what you rapping about little boy?
is it cars? is it girls? is the money the world?

he's questioning why most rappers rap about things that he finds unimportant, asking them if these things are their "world." when you separate world the line makes no sense.

General Commentalright so i'm thinking he's making a comment on the rap game nowadays. I think he's sayin in the chorus and 1st verse that there's a lot of war and ish and the whole rap game is about cars and money and ish rite? and he used to be worried about what peoples would think of his elevated and sentimental ish but he realized that bad ish is goin on in this world and wants to rap about significant ish namseng?? the rest of it's pretty straight forward

General CommentChorus is actually "What you rappin' about, little boy?" I agree with barooboodoo on the meaning of the song, though.

2nd and 3rd verses are pretty much just shoutouts, and him speaking about some of his beliefs, about those that he lost, etc.

At the end of the song, there's a shoutout to a fansite of him. Not sure if it's okay to post it, though.

General Commentin the chorus"is it cars? is it girls?is it money?"

it dont think hes saying "money" because it sounds like hes saying something totally different????im not sure though but money would make sense since its after cars and girls.

General Comment^ at the end of the song it's just acapella, you can clearly hear there is no f in the word, it has to be "lie"

General CommentHe says money guys, its very clear to me. He's basically saying "what u rapping about? The same old stuff every other mainstream, media friendly artist raps about? Cars? Girls? Money?".
