"Scream Aim Fire" as written by Matthew Tuck, Jason James, Michael Kieron Paget and Michael David Thomas....
Kill your enemies
My brothers dead around me
Wounds are hurting
Death is creeping for me
Smoke is blinding
Hearts are pounding
Chaos soon ignites
The call is made
Its one for all
Will I meet thy maker

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

The only way out is to die

God has spoken through his conscience
As I scream aim and fire
The death toll grows higher

God has spoken through his conscience
As I scream aim and fire
The death toll grows higher

Fuck this battlefield
The bullets shatter round me
Bodies falling
Voices calling for me
Limbs are flying
Men are crying
Such a hurtful sight
The call is made
It's one for all
Take no prisoners

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

The only way out is to die

God has spoken through his conscience
As I scream aim and fire
The death toll grows higher

God has spoken through his conscience
As I scream aim and fire
The death toll grows higher

Scream!
Aim!
Fire!

Scream!
Aim!
Fire!

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

Over the top over the top
Right now it's killing time

The only way out is to die

God has spoken through his conscience
As I scream aim and fire
The death toll grows higher

God has spoken through his conscience
As I scream aim and fire
The death toll grows higher

Scream!
Aim!
Fire!

General Commentthis isnt just any war though, its about WWI because over the top was used to describe when the soldiers would climb onto the battle field and it was killing time, and their only way out (because they were drafted) was to die.

General Commentthe song is about World War One, the battle of the Somme. 'Over the top' is referring to going up and over the trenches to battle. It is described so brutefully because the battle of the Somme was the bloodiest battle in the whole of WWI.

General CommentI'm loving the new sound, definitely sounds a lot more metal than poison. I can only hope the rest of the album is like this.
