"Inertia" as written by and Robin Staps....
I enwrap myself in black sheets to match the sky
And you would do the same if you just opened your eyes
But lets stay like this for a while
Let's just keep silent and immobile
Enjoy the pleasure of dying daylight
The cold kiss of a desert night
Out here on my own is where I feel...
Where I feel most at home
I'm stuck in between your flesh and my bones

I embrace the gift of dying daylight
The cold kiss of a desert night
I enwrap myself in black sheets to become one with the sky
And you would do just the same if you just opened your eyes

Eyes
Night
Blind

My InterpretationCould this song be about people's ignorance. Inertia is a tendency to do nothing, so in effect humans (society) willingly closes it eyes to many issues facing those around us ... in effect it is too hard. So we focus on ourselves and therefore are "blind" to those around us (society).

Ignorance is bliss ... otherwise we'd enwrap ourselves in black sheets.
