Fallen angel how you've changed
Poison runs through your veins
You were never a saint but now you're a sin
Spoiled rotten from within
Who clipped your wings so useless?
Cut them yourself?
Chewed off your own?
Good thinking
You were coming apart and I thought I could help you
Through the fever
Not the first one
Not the last one
I'm not sorry for you
I remember a time when everything that you knew I thought I already knew in my mind
And I thought you knew the same
I know the truth with set you free
Cracked and crazy baby

General CommentYeah man. Puciato is a huge fan of old Dillinger of course he's going to base the lyrics on their older stuff.

General Commentmmm another post by 'savior' that is not worth the real estate it is taking up on this page. I will send a message to the Shahman requesting that the date sort for posts to be set to descending so that these crap posts by knobs like 'savior' are pushed onto subsequent pages.

General CommentPuciato is a fucking genius.

If you can't appreciate his lyrical genius and vocal versatility, I guess I kind of feel sorry for you.

General Commentyeah fuck you both, dillinger plays poppy garbage and half ass hardcore now that sounds like a band trying to rip them off worse than half the scene already does. Dillinger fans split into two lines, see you under the running board.

General Commentholy shit salvation you are a moron. dont talk about being poppy you when you consider Dillinger "mathcore." anyone who calls this band by that genre is a fucking toolbag and i hope you get fucking punched in the face for saying it. what the fuck does mathcore mean??? they rock out while doing math equations??? and yes ive been told what it does mean and its a fucking dumb ass genre description and lousy way of describing how they play...its like saying they just smash instruments and record the sounds they make...i cant believe you said he tried to rip off mike patton too...you sir, are a "jaggoff."

how was miss machine half ass hardcore?? that album is fucking amazing. and cause it has 2 slower paced songs its poppy? or is it cause setting fire to sleeping giants made it music video and had a good chorus?? if you can do better go try out for them and sing/write/play for them. end of story.

sorry for adding to that, but that one boiled my blood.

General Commentexactly, who the fuck listen to a band like DEP and calls them mathcore. What kind of DEP head would fucking do that? Mathcore is a stupid bs genre given by the industry...That is like a converge head calling converge mathcore. God, you are the epitome of dumb fuck.

You cannot call yourself a dillinger fan after calling them mathcore, you dumb fuck. Lyrics do not ruin a band.

    General CommentJesus guys, relax.
Putting labels on things is done because there's so many bands out there, with so many different sounds, hence a label gives you a clue to what the band sounds like. This makes it all way easier to search for new bands, based on a genre you like.
Mathcore works fine in TDEP's case, since it's an indicator for what you get (really, fucking, progressive, music with experimental beats), but at the same time it can be too generalising since TDEP have had over the years some really artistic members who have touched on a lot of genres.
The labeling is an indicator, nothing more, to keep some sort of registry over the different types of music. Lets not get too worked up about it.

    Either way, the song, anyone?
