The song can be best understood if you read a lot of metaphysical books especially from Channeled authors.

The indigo children are children incarnating on earth from other planets and star systems (such as venus, sirius, the pleiades, etc.) to raise the vibration of the earth and bring about the new age or "dawn" coming along with our spiritual and physical evolution. (I recommend reading Barbara Marciniak's book "Bringers of The Dawn" and the "Kryon" series by Lee Carrol). These children are also guided and helped subconsciously and sometimes physically be extraterrestrials from these places.

They've incarnated on earth to destroy the illuminati system of control by enlightening people with their spiritual insights. Thus bringing an end to the "old empire" and bringing about the new one.

I also believe that the "closed shelter" part might be a reference to the electromagnetic grid of control that the Annunaki have placed on earth to control human kind.

I don't like how some people think the indigos are ego-deluded nuts because honestly most of the indigos i meet are more empathetic than their peers and if there's one thing i believe justifies arrogance it's empathy. I have read everyones opinion on the meaning of this song and I would say that with any good song you can find lyrics that have dual meanings but evyones seems to be right or close. I belive everyone agrees that is it defenitely a new age song.

1. All previous EMP comments were on i belive but also here you have to remeber that at the base of new age everything has energy to include people so maybe at some point people are to reach christ like characteristics. maybe this is the EMP?
2. The time analog piece could refer to two things also. The belief is that frequencies are emitted and these children are able to hear them and that is the voice that they hear in refrence also to the rythem of the moon and tide like a beautiful song.
