I see you in the mirror,
You're outshining everyone, so cold it makes me numb.
I almost died again,
I tied the rope around my neck, so don't you ever let go.

Don't give up now, breathe in and out.
Do you feel it at all?
We play the show, one song to go
That's too long, ooh.

And it's like we're swallowing glass,
It turns me inside out, I don't recognise myself at all.
And I'll overdose on anything you've got,
'Cause I don't want to die alone.
I'm taking you down.

Don't give up now, breathe in and out.
Do you feel it at all?
We play the show, one song to go
That's too long, ooh.
Don't give up now, breathe in and out.
Do you feel it at all?
We play the show, one song to go
That's too long, ooh.
oh, oh.

General Commenti love this song, so beautiful.
personally, i believe the song is about a personal stuggle, being one person inside, appearing differently to everyone else and being depressed as a result. i think a lot of people could identify with this. the person inside, is going to cause the demise of his other person, the happy side of himself who is "outshining everyone".
