The morning paper is on its way
And it's all bad news on every page.
So I roll right over
And go to sleep.
The evening sun will be so sweet.

I roll right over
And I have this thing.

Red apple falls.

My InterpretationSome days are good, some are bad. But it's not worth worrying over. Take each day as its own. I think "red apple falls" might be akin to the saying "that's how the cookie crumbles". Perhaps he's just saying "This is how it is, for me."
