I wrote you a thousand letters all inside my head
I'd tell you how I'm sorry for all I didn't said
We crashed into one another everything we had
I want you to know that I have only one regret
I'd take back the times I hurt you

Every day you're gone is one too long
'Cause I need you here by my side
And I don't want to be alone, can you come home
'Cause I need you here by my side (by my side)

A photo is all that I have, memories in my mind
So close I can almost feel you, my favourite place in time
How I wish that I could find you

Every day you're gone is one too long
'Cause I need you here by my side
And I don't want to be alone, can you come home
'Cause I need you here by my side

How I wish that I could find you

Every day you're gone is one too long
'Cause I need you here by my side
And I don't want to be alone, can you come home
'Cause I need you here by my side

My InterpretationOnce again, it's obvious what this is about.

He accidentally fucked up with his girlfriend or wife or something, and she left him. And he loves her more than life. He's saying that he'd do anything to get her back and that any amount of time without her is horrible, a few minutes or a few years.

"I wrote you a thousand letters all inside my head" I've personally experienced what I believe this is saying. When you want someone back, you're afraid to say anything because you're afraid if it's even slightly wrong that they'll hate you even more. So you keep going over what to say in your head, but never actually know what to say.
