Well I'll bet
That you don't know that gameshow where the player wears
A helmet
And walks around this maze that isn't really there
And I'll guess
That you don't know I watched it when I was a kid
Well Hell yes
It taught me more than either parent ever did

Be you tree friend
Be you tree foe
It's never just
A TV show
Be you tree friend be you tree foe

Be you tree friend
Be you tree foe
Don't say it's just a TV show
It's the best thing I've ever known

Turn left
Get the bread
Can't spell magick?
You're dead

Treguard with his trendy beard says
Is this okay or just weird

Be you tree friend
Be you tree foe
It's never just
A TV show
Be you tree friend be you tree foe

Be you tree friend
Be you tree foe
Don't say it's just a TV show
It's the best thing I've ever known

General CommentThis song is about the kids's TV show 'Knightmare' that was on back in the day.

There were teams of four kids, one would wear a helmet so they couldn't see and had to walk around a virtual 3D world guided by the rest of their friends.

They came up against a load of bad guys (usually played by washed-up actors) and had to pick up power-ups (hence the 'turn left, get the bread...' lyric).
