If I called you by your name deserved
A disgusted look would soon return
Why disguise your given looks
Or make it up to match the books

My glass is never full, I'm a natural
In a world you can touch, I'm a natural

There's no hope now
There's no hope for you

Tempt me not to bring upon
A list of truths you wish were wrong
The terrifying twist of lies
Bestowed on those which you despise

The double clicks will get your fix through all of this it's natural

See I am one of those you seek
A lesser form of you
See I am one of those you seek
You're the one who's built this jail
See I am one of those you seek

She's her torture now.

I think this song is about being yourself no mater how you are. he says his glass is never full mabe meaning he's never satisfide or he's greedy, but so what, thats who he is, he's in his natural state. basicaly another song about being yourself no mater what other pple say about you, but when Catherine does it, its awesome CATHERINE OWNS ALL!!!

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
