I'm tired of staring at my phone hoping maybe you would text
My love for you is fading but you seem to be relaxed
You  used to blow my phone with all those goofy calls
And I would always listen  everytime you had your flaws
But since we started falling out you showing no remorse
You keep pinning everything on me like I'm the one at fault
And everytime I try to talk to you I get ignored
And everytime we reconcile your friends  meddle and get involved
Man
You promised you gon stick with me but you were the first to leave
Now I'm stuck here wondering how it happened while feeling deceived
I can't believe I was also trapped inside your selfish deeds
And how I gave you the love I gave you which I never recieved
Everytime you fucking messed up I always took the blame
And hoping if I keep forgiving you my love for you will fade
Man
You made me love you with your toxic traits
And now you claiming that you loyal but you failed to keep your promise
You fed me lies while you cheated thinking that I won't notice
Now you telling me you miss me coz all you side niggas left you
Sometimes i wish you could just choke in all the things you say
You chose to leave me but surprisingly you still stuck in my head damn
I'm just Scrolling through my phone hoping maybe you would call
Wait
Man I hate you to the fucking moon and back
Still can't believe you lied to me when you told me you had back
And now I'm stuck here thinking about all the memories that we shared
You you made me love you without any regrets
And made me cherish every moment especially when we danced
We went from  chilling happily while planning our baby shower to sadly watching as our Lovely baby went six feet under
If Satan ever had a twin i swear it would be you
I really thought loving you would ever hurt but girl you left me screwed
Man
You got some demons feeling up your brain
And now there's nothing I can do to take the pain you caused away fuck

They're sound is a bit different this time around, but nevertheless amazing. I admire them for taking the chance to mature as a band and not being afraid to take the risk of changing their sound.

Although, I don't think he ever says "Beyond You and Me" "Beyond Humany" is correct I think...I think he uses that ...not "Beyond you and me"

    But...I may be wrong.

When I wake, I see you Lying there on the bathroom floor With foam lips, a black kiss Your dead hero and now myth The way you look so nice We'll save the undead princess I'm anxiously awaiting your arrival now

One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid

A demon, your ghost eyes Watching me run through our lives A soft look, in silence Misery come and find us Well don't try to stop me I'm headed straight to hell down I want you, I need you now

One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid

Your last night, you were here Your words were so meaning full With great prize we suffer I thought your roots were so fake

One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes now, look afraid Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes Beyond human aid One love, in your eyes Beyond human aid One love

This is EXACTLY what wiL said about this song in Kerrang! magazine:

"'One Love' is written about a friend of mine I watched overdose in a bathroom. It's about being in love with something that with destroy you. Writing that song, I got relief. It evokes a lot of emotion in a positive way, but still with this dark, dreary overtone. This happened in the last year when I was using drugs, so a little over eight years ago. Nine out of ten times I don't even know what I'm writing a song about until it's recorded and I can step away from it and look back and say, 'Oh wow, that's what that song's about.' It's a subconscious thing that emotionally comes out."

There you have it.. I love this song. I love Aiden. I'm an Aiden nerd, I guess.

...actually...there is no such word as "humany"

I've been listening to the song 100000 times just to try and figure it out.

wiL said in an interview that the song is about being in love with something that will destroy you....i think this song is really good...a diffeent style to their music, i really hope they dont become sell outs =] the video is really good =]] i'm not too sure about the chorus "byond you and me" -- that doesnt really make sense...i gotta agree with ..carpediem.., because "beyond human aid" makes sense

I love the beginning with the piano keys. It's definitely something new coming from them, and I really like it. I agree very much with ..carpediem.. and the whole maturing and risking stuff. Many kudos to them.

I wish they did a better job on the video, though. =\

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
