Sunshine, peeking past the scales that blot my eyes, just blinds my way.
Sleepless nights, unending and distorted everytime, erase the day.

We decide what's wrong and right.

No one knows what its like to hurt the ones you love, to set them free.
I pacify static voices that control my mind. They're killing me.

They orchestrate every move I make.

Can you believe it?
Things change everytime we run away.
Are you wondering
where I am everytime we run away.

We decide what's wrong and right.

Can you believe it?
Things change everytime we run away.
Are you wondering
where I am everytime we run away.

General CommentI think we are dominated by a culture full of egomaniacs who think they can decide the morality of everything. But, really it all should be applied to Morality that has been here since the beginning of time. For instance, should someone (like in verse 2) who is motivated by things they can't control be held accountable for what they do, even to people they love? Morality is forever changing; especially when it is good for us.
