"No Illusions" as written by and Ben Nash....
I'm under no illusions now,
How can I see when I am blind
To all the same old thoughts now.

You sure do make it kinda tough,
Not gonna make me change my ways,
I've come too far for that now.

Oh, I can waste all day,
Oh, I can waste all day
Waste all day

You feel the first rays on your skin
I can believe what I can see
The sun into your eyes now
I'm under no illusions now
How can I see when I am blind
To all the same old thoughts now

Oh, I can waste all day
Oh, I can waste all day

Bridge:
Is there something here I can hold on to?
I lie, fall down
I lie, fall down

All I see
All I see
All I see
All I see

I'm under no illusions now
I'm under no illusions now
I'm under no illusions now
I'm under no illusions now

General CommentTo me this song is about being so deeply in love with someone that you son't see their faults or just don't care about them, but then when you're 'blind to all the same old thoughts' meaning no longer in love, you see what they're really like and you're no longer under the illusion of the other person being saint-like.

Also, since the lines go 'I'm under no illusions NOW' i'm thinking the loved person might have done something mean, and this is why the narrator's eyes are finally opened.
