Not again.
Not again.
Not again.
Not again.

Why did God make glass to be shattered?
To hold, and to cut?
Your crooked cross covers your eyes.

Forgot my name.
Forgot where I came from.
I died getting here,
Make me gold, I'm waiting.

Call me the Dark Angel.
(Don't touch me,
Don't trust me)
Please don't scare.
(Please keep your hands away from me.)

I'd like to have a word with you. (X8)

(Just keep your hands off me)
(Please keep your hands off me)

Call me the Dark Angel.
(Don't touch me,
Don't trust me)
Please don't scare.
(Please keep your hands away from me.)
Please don't scare.

I’d like to have a word with you. (X9)
I'd like to have my way with you.
Take my time with you,
I’d like to cruise my mind with you.
I’d like to Share my knife with you.

Don't scare,
Don't scare,
Don’t scare
Don’t scare
Don’t scare
Don’t scare
Don’t.

General CommentI messed up on the last chorus, it's supposed to be "I'd like to abuse my mind with you" not "I'd like to cruise my mind with you" i have no idea why i wrote cruise, sorry xD

General CommentThe only thing I can think of for this song is that it's about murder, just like half of their other album seemed to be.

I love the keys during "I'd like to have a word with you." They give the song a creepy carnival-like feel. It's refreshing and a bit more creative than their other stuff.

General CommentWell, I'm going to be captain obvious here, it is about a murder, but yeah, I feel the need to delve further into it.
I think he's at an inner struggle in this song and feels like he should stop, but he can't. And someone is trying to save him, probably a Christian, implied by the crooked cross. He's trying to tell them to stay away because he knows he's dangerous. But in the end, he just breaks down anyway.

General Comment"call me the dark angel"
goes with what i think that he thinks he's a savior and helping people by killing them. like death comes in the form of an angel

General CommentI'm starting to think the murderer didn't plan to kill all these girls at first, but rather every girl he dates, he finds a flaw in and thinks he has to kill them. The "not again" lines make it seem like he either regrets having to kill them, or is at least disappointed that they all turn out unworthy in his eyes. This doesn't match his attitude in "It's Pretty Hard To Beat The King" though, because there he seems like he's doing it all on purpose to gain fame (or infamy).

General Comment"Call me the dark angel" was a note. If you look carefully you can pick out the notes from songs. This, and the final part of "i want to master life and death" are pretty obviously showing that he thinks he is an angel of death.

I think he killed her, to keep her pure. "don't touch me, don't trust me" She's obviously religious, and seemingly wants him, hence him having to tell her not to tempt him. Crooked cross, religious but going astray.. if he kills her, she stays pure, merely a victim.

"Forgot my name, forgot where I came from, i died getting here, make me gold, I'm waiting."

This is not the only reference he makes of his death.

"i walked and search for 18 years and died for nothing" is stated in another song.

I don't know what to make of him speaking of his death. He's alive.. so.. hm. Must mean figurative. Also, in "I want to master life and death" he mentions someone killing him. "i'll do for you what you did to me, even kill", and "you tore through my neck"

    He thinks he died..

General Commentwhat does the number mean though?
and maybe if he thinks he's dead then he also thinks he went to heaven and was sent by god to be a 'death angel'
