"Me, You, and My Medication" as written by Martin Johnson and William James Iii Mc Auley....
Found my way to the highway, I don't wanna tell you the state I'm in
I've had too much to smoke, too much to drink, where have I been?
I feel like the stars are getting closer and the sky is closing in
And I don't know where to begin

We're all looking for something, to take away the pain

Me, and you, and my medication
(Making the best of it)
Love is just a chemical creation
(Will it be permanent?)
Synthetic sensation
Me, you, and my medication

The way back to the right track, maybe you can help me find the door
Is it too much to ask, too much too fast, too much to ignore?
It feels like your body's getting closer but you seem so far away
Medicine make it ok

We're all looking for someone, to take away the pain

Me, and you, and my medication
(Making the best of it)
Love is just a chemical creation
(Will it be permanent?)
Synthetic sensation
Me, you, and my medication

So can you feel it?
Do you feel it coming down?
You gotta get up
Can you get up off the ground?
Can you hear it?
Can you hear me screaming?
So can you feel it?
Do you feel it coming down?
You gotta get up
Can you get up off the ground?
I wanna hear it
Wanna hear you breathing

We're all addicted to something, that takes away the pain

Me, and you, and my medication
(Making the best of it)
Love is just a chemical creation
(Will it be permanent?)
Synthetic sensation
Me, you, and my medication

General CommentI think it's that he's falling for her, but she won't return the favor. He just doesn't know anymore and she's not making it any easier. So he turns to some form of medication that helps to get through the rought times.

I mostly look at these songs through my life- I take events from my life and put them into the effect of the song. Mostly because these songs greatly resemble distorted thoughts and un-happy events of mine.

I don't think the meanings hard to find.

He means its him and a girl and his medication which is probally a substance that is affecting their relationship

General CommentThe start of this song, the piano or guitar or whatever is it, reminds me of the Panadol
Rapid ads, which is headache medication and that's what I think about every time I hear this song
Not that is has anything to do with the meaning, I just thought it was a coincidence.

General CommentThis song is pretty complex. It's about a guy loving a girl, and although he admits HE is addicted to HER. (she is his drug).... he wants to know if she is addicted to HIM or if she is REALLY just addicted to a substance. (hence the whole can u feel it?) etc etc btw...MAD GOOD BACKING VOCALS IN THIS DAYUM!!
