Doing like you said, taking deep breaths
Keeping my cool, counting to ten.
On my own again, trying to keep my head clear
Go for walks away from here
But I know, I am

I'm still alone, still alone
Like the day I was born,
Born and brought into this world.
Still alone, still alone
Like the day I was born,
Born and brought into this world.

Hold on to your friends, that's what he said.
I guess that his friends are not like mine.
I could write a list of people I don't miss.
I'm sorry, but I'm so much better off without you.

I'm still alone, still alone
Like the day I was born,
Born and brought into this world.
Still alone, still alone
Like the day I was born,
Born and brought into this world.

Hold it all against me, still don't bother.
Hold it all against me, still another complaint.
High maintenance complaint, oh shutup.
Ba da dee da da da da, ba ba da
Ba da dee da da da da, ba ba da da da
Ba ba da da da
Oh, shutup.

Still alone, still alone
Like the day I was born,
Born and brought into this world.
Still alone, still alone
Like the day I was born,
Born and brought into this world.
Still alone, still alone
Like the day I was born,
Born and brought
Into this world.

General Commenti think it might be "high maintenance complaint," since "ha maintenance complaint" doesn't really make sense.

General Commentit could be high, i just put 'ha' because it was kind of a humorous part of the song, since she's making fun of someone complaining and then throws in the 'shutup' too. that's where i came up with the 'ha' from.

General CommentIt's about getting out of a relationship and instead of dwelling and being angry. she's just moving on. She's not looking back. A great meaning, a great song.

General Commentit's weird, before i heard the song and had just read the lyrics, i thought it would be a down tempo melancholy-ish song. but it's not at all... eh. i think it should be. it's too contradictory.

General Commentor maybe i'm biased because i'm just predisposed to thinking in a melancholy fashion.
