"Haunted" as written by and James Patrick/clarkson Messer....
Louder, louder
The voices in my head
Whispers taunting
All the things you said
Faster the days go by and I'm still
Stuck in this moment of wanting you here
Time
In the blink of an eye
You held my hand, you held me tight
Now you're gone
And I'm still crying
Shocked, broken
I'm dying inside

Where are you?
I need you
Don't leave me here on my own
Speak to me
Be near me
I can't survive unless I know you're with me

Shadows linger
Only to my eye
I see you, I feel you
Don't leave my side
It's not fair
Just when I found my world
They took you, they broke you, they tore out your heart

I miss you, you hurt me
You left with a smile
Mistaken, your sadness
Was hiding inside
Now all that's left
Are the pieces to find
The mystery you kept
The soul behind a guise

Where are you
I need you
Don't leave me here on my own
Speak to me
Be near me
I can't survive unless I know you're with me

Why did you go?
All these questions run through my mind
I wish I couldn't feel at all
Let me be numb
I'm starting to fall

Where are you?
I need you
Don't leave me here on my own
Speak to me
Be near me
I can't survive unless I know you're with me

Where are you?
Where are you?

You were smiling
You were smiling
You were smiling

General Comment^^FYI, there are 25 songs on this site called "Haunted".

I'm not trying to bash Kelly or anything like that, just thought it was interesting.

Plus, the title suits the song very well. It isn't named after a line in the chorus or something that's repeated in the song, it's actually what the song's about.

Would you guys rather prefer Fall Out Boy's titles???

LOL I just meant that their titles are very long, very original, and it often takes some thinking to connect them to what the song's actually about. Ha ha ha.

General CommentThis song is about a friend of Kelly's suicide, years on she still relives the pain and anger and guess everyone who's lost someone this way questions it all, questions the motive. It's really beautiful and will touch alot of people. I predict this song will be a huge hit.

General CommentI love this song! I love her voice, the music, and the lyrics. It's so sad, and after reading The Groove's post, I can totaly see that it's about someone who commited suicide. And PianoChick36, is it a bad thing if Ben helped her write this song?

General CommentWow, I would like to know how you know that, but that would make sense.
This is obviously about loosing someone you love, and I think that it can relate to many people. People that lost friends either to fights or death, someone doing something tragic and leaving.
"Just when I found my world
They took you, they broke you, they tore out your heart"
This made me think of someone who lost their love to war. Either a national war, or gangs or even domestic violence.

This song is becoming one of my alltime faves, it reminds me of "Addicted"

General CommentThis song can interpret two things:

Saying goodbye to a friend or a family memeber.

Haunted by an ex lover. After they left, they turned into a ghost, haunting you yet your still wanting them.

This song is definitely about a suicide, and the hurt and frustration which is left behind.
