"Save Yourself" as written by Mike Cox, Bradley James Fafara, Rayna Foss and Miguel Rascon....
Lies deceit
It's time to watch out for number one
It's time to watch out for number one
Sleep well
It's time to watch out for number one
It's time to watch out for number one

This is unhappy, this is unhappy
So save, save your sorry, sorry self
This is unhappy, this is unhappy
So save, save your sorry, sorry self

No hope
It's time to watch out for number one
It's time to watch out for number one
Fist first
It's time to watch out for number one
It's time to watch out for number one

This is unhappy, this is unhappy
So save, save your sorry, sorry self
This is unhappy, this is unhappy
So save, save your sorry, sorry self

What would you do when I can find you?
Reach your obsession
What would you do when I can find you?
Reach your obsession
What would you do when I can find you?
Reach your obsession

Loyalty none
It's time to watch out for number one
It's time to watch out for number one
It's begun
It's time to watch out for number one
It's time to watch out for number one

This is unhappy, this is unhappy
So save, save your sorry, sorry self
This is unhappy, this is unhappy
So save, save your sorry, sorry self

What would you do when I can find you?
Reach your obsession
What would you do when I can find you?
Reach your obsession

What would you do when I can find you?
Reach your obsession
What would you do when I can find you?
Reach your obsession

My InterpretationPerhaps a song about thinking about yourself first and foremost. Lots of people tend to concern themselves with everyone else' life ... making sure they are happy etc. but this song is saying you need to care about yourself first.

The angst in the song could also be alluding to the fact that they need to stop worrying about you and concern themselves with themselves.
