"Losing My Mind" as written by Adam Levine and Jesse Royal Carmichael....
It's so hard to find you
I'm standing right behind you
The streets are much colder
This mean I'm getting older

Why would you? How could I?
These questions lead to goodbye
But now I got my freedom
Don't I?

I parked my car outside your house
Hope that someday you'll come home
Seems the woman that I love
Is someone that I hardly know
And after all this time
I've finally found a way to be alone
I'm terrified, I think that I may be losing my mind

Shy girl, so humble
With eyes that make me stumble
Somehow not speaking lets me know everything
I go out, you eat in
Hide from the situation
You're naked in daylight
Wrap yourself up and goodnight

I'm burning, I'm hungry
Angry 'cause she don't love me
You've got me completely
In my own game, you beat me

I parked my car outside your house
Hope that someday you'll come home
Seems the woman that I love
Is someone that I hardly know
And after all this time
I've finally found a way to be alone
I'm terrified, I think that I may be losing my mind

I will be back again
No this is not the end
I've fallen hard this time but I not giving in
I want the world to know that I won't let you forget
The tears that you shed
I'll make it impossible to let go

I parked my car outside your house
Hope that someday you'll come home
Seems the woman that I love
Is someone that I hardly know
And after all this time
I've finally found a way to be alone
I'm terrified, I think that I may be losing my mind

I parked my car outside your house
Hope that someday you'll come home
Seems the woman that I love
Is someone that I hardly know
And after all this time
I've finally found a way to be alone
I'm terrified, I think that I may be losing my mind

General Comment"A shy girl, so humble
    Thighs that make me stumble"

    I always thought it was

    "A shy girl, so humble
With eyes that make me stumble"

Although, being Maroon 5, I wouldn't run the "thighs" part by them... hahaha. :D

General CommentLol! I think it's 'thighs' too, because that's just Maroon 5. When you hear previous songs on the album like: If I Never See Your Face Again, Kiwi, Little of Your Time, and basically, mostly every Maroon 5 song, chances are it's thighs that make him stumble.

    General Commentyeah, its definitely "thighs."
and i love this song so much, it just has an incredible sound, and reminds of their "songs about jane" days...i basically just think that this song is about a guy (adam?) thats hung up over a girl that has moved on (she possibly led him on or tricked him, because of the line "you got me completely, in my own game you beat me...or she might have left him because adam didnt want anything serious: "now i've got my freedom, don't i?"). he continues to wait for her, only the more he waits, the more he realizes he's waiting for a girl that, truthfully, he hardly even recognizes anymore. and now he's wrapped up in his own solitude, thinking he's lost his mind for falling so hard for this girl.
    what do you guys think?

General CommentI also love this song. my interpretation is that its about a guy that's in love with a girl. He's lost her and looks around and searches for her but he never seems to get a grasp of where she is. He thinks she's avoiding him but it could just be thefact that she has moved on. He realizes how bad he had it for her but he also says he thinks he's losin his mind becuz he's finally figured out how to be alone. I don't quite know wat to make of the " I won't let you forget, the tears that you shed, ill make it impossible to let go." But I think it means that he wants the world to know that there is no length he won't go to to let her know that she did mean everything to him and she still wants her.

General CommentI think this song is just about how irrationally crazy we can all get after a break-up. Obviously parking your car outside her house (essentially stalking her) isn't the most sensible way to get someone back, but this song really sums up how the manic feeling you get when you still love someone so passionately after a break-up.

My InterpretationMy general interpretation is that he meets this woman and they get acquainted and he falls in love with her far quicker than in a usual relationship.
But she soon does something unspeakable (leaving him, cheating on him, flirting with multiple men, take your pick) and he realizes that in the time he was with her, he didn't know her at all. Love had blinded him. He probably was a player but changed his ways for her, and becomes angry when it turns that she’s exactly the same. Minus the love.
He's so caught up in his hurt and in the situation that he's losing his mind. However, he's still in love with her and waits for her to come around, even though she shows that she doesn't love him at all. Maybe she was in it for the sex. He's so wrapped around her finger and she uses it to her greatest possible advantage.
But eventually he realizes that he is stronger than what he makes himself out to be, and sees this beautiful woman for who she really is; a heartbreaker. He returns, but not for her lust, instead to prove that he is stronger than a lovesick Jackass
