"Make It Wit Chu" as written by Alain Johannes, Josh Homme and Mickey Melchiondo....
You wanna know if I know why
I can't say that I do
Don't understand the you or I
Or how one becomes two
I just can't recall what started it off
Or how to begin again
I ain't here to break ya
Just see how far it will bend
Again and again, again and again

I wanna make it
I wanna make it wit' chu
Anytime, anywhere
I wanna make it
(Again and again)
I wanna make it wit' chu

Sometimes the same is different
But mostly it's the same
These mysteries of life
That just ain't my thing
If I told you that I knew about the sun and the moon, I'd be untrue
The only thing I know for sure
Is what I won't do
Anytime, anywhere, and I said

I wanna make it
(Again and again)
I wanna make it wit' chu
Anytime, anywhere
I wanna make it
(Again and again)
I wanna make it wit' chu
I wanna make it
(Anytime, anywhere)
I wanna make it wit' chu
Yeah
I wanna make it
I wanna make it wit' chu

I wanna make it
(Again and again)
I wanna make it wit' chu
I wanna make it
(Anytime, anywhere)
I wanna make it wit' chu
I wanna make it
(Again and again)
I wanna make it wit' chu
(Again and again, and again, and again)
I wanna make it

General CommentJosh said in an interview that this was one of the best sex songs he'd ever been associated with and that's why he put it on Era Vulgaris. It's so different. From the feel and sound of it, it almost seems like and new version of an old song. It's sexy though. It gets the point across and I would not hesitate to have sex to it lol. The Guitar solo, as simple as it may sound, is actualy quite inventive but at the same time, very Josh. Check 3:18 - 3:30 that's the shit I'm talking about. Well done QOTSA (as always).

General CommentI agree with elemento. The lyrics are posted in a digi-booklet at the official QOTSA site. It is "evil EYE".

Google it. The term is defined as "the belief that the envy of others bring on personal misfortune"

In other words, fully translated i believe its something like this:

You wanna know why we broke up, I don't know,
I don't understand the jealousy of others, or how we broke up.
I don't know how it started, and I don't know how it will end.
I'm not here to break up, just see how far it will draw out, again and again.

Sometimes relationships are different, but mostly it's the same. These^ quirks of love, I just don't understand. If I told you I knew all about love, I would be untrue.
The only thing I know for sure, is what I wanna do.

I like the connotation of the words used, such as "untrue" for lie, because you can be untrue in a relationship.

The fact that he wants to make out again and again and isn't there to break it means he is the one still invested in the relationship; he loves this girl, but doesn't know why, or why she doesn't return it. He feels that he has lost her love spontaneously, and is confused, so he just goes with what he knows, until it happens again.

    Awesome song.

General CommentI think there is a bit more to it than sex. I think he is talkin about an old relationship ("Sometimes the same is different, but mostly its the same."), some consequences of sex like having a baby (Don't understand the evil and how one becomes two), and some pick up lines.

General Commentits a dirty dirty sex song.

sun and the moon is a reference to S&M and the bondage scene.
