"Figure It Out" as written by and Adam Levine....
I'm happy you came to me first
Before the bubble burst
I'm happy you answered my calls
I'm bouncing off the walls
Impossible to be tamed
Her need- cellophane
I'm happy you like to play games
Why did you run away?

We could spend some time together
What he had he'll never know
Your boyfriend gives you no respect
And I can see your getting it
So let's figure it out let's go.

I'm happy you're so impulsive
Means that your passionate
I'm happy you're moving so fast
But will it ever last
I know you wanna break free
From this monotony
I'm happy you're coming with me
But by choice it's gotta be

We can spend some time together
What he has he'll never know
Your boyfriend gives you no respect
And I can see your getting it

So figure it out let's go

I'm happy you're changing your speed
Slow down and lay with me
On bottom but always discrete
Kneel down and kiss her feet
I'm happy your going too far
Full strength before we start
Sometimes you make it so hard
Scream loud as we come apart

We can spend some time together
What he had he'll never know
Your boyfriend gives you no respect
And I can see your getting it
So figure it out let's go

We can spend some time together
What he has he'll never know
Your boyfriend gives you no respect
And I can see your getting it
So figure it out let's go
Figure it out let's go
Figure it out let's go
Figure it out let's
Go

General Commenti love the beat in this song.. its really catchy.. i wouldnt say the best song on the album, but it's a lot different than the rest and a good addition to the album.

General Commentnot sure why I forgot the word time between "some" and "together" in the chorus, but it should definitely read:

We could spend some time together
What he had he'll never know
Your boyfriend gives you no respect
And I can see you're getting it
so figure it out and let's go

General CommentThis is by far my favorite song.

It might be obvious, but this song is about a girl who has a boyfriend but finds "comfort" in the singers arm. But she seems to not know whether or not to go... and the whole song he's trying to convince her to, "Figure it out and let's go"

General Commentso basically this girl is in need of serious comfort and is getting it by fucking adam on the side. He wants her to come to him but her idea is if you get the milk for free, Why buy the cow?? ACE!!!!

General CommentBAHAH blackmyeyes's analogy sounds so funny.

Adam sure loves being the 'other man'

    But then again.

    Boys will be boys.

General Commenti know how this feels.. ive been in an ending relationship and started talking to an ex asking his opinion.. he agreed that the current boyfriend was being a D*ck so he seized the opportunity to talk to me about us... well i ended with the D*ck and started talking to the other guy.. but the line that really says it all "will it ever last?"

General CommentI always thought this was a really funky and fun song and now I'm living the lyrics I like it even more. I also love the double meaning of "sometimes you make it so hard / scream loud as we come apart".
