"All Hands On Deck Part 2: Open Water" as written by and Matthew Davies Ryan Richards....
Awake, I am awake,
and I'm still alive out here,
awake, I am awake
and I'm still alive out here,
blinded, by this light,
it is all that surrounds me.

Deep water, I can smell the blood,
how long, how long before they come,
showing teeth, bearing fever, lost in open water,
until they find, finds us all, lost with all the shipwreck.

Deep water, I can smell the blood,
how long, how long before they come.
Waves crashed upon the shore, and time and time again,
we lost control. Am I too far gone to be saved,
lost in the water all alone, am I too far gone to be saved.
Lost in the water all alone, am I too far gone, too far gone to be saved.

Waves crashed upon the shore, and time and time again,
we lost control.
Waves crashed upon the shore, and time and time again, we lost control,
and I lost control.

General Comment"Tales Don't Tell Themselves" is a Concept Ablum about a fisherman lost at sea. This song is about him floating in the water after his ship has been destroyed by a storm. This is my favorate song on T.D.T.T it is better than Into Oblivion (Reunion)

General Commentboth parts of "All Hands On Deck" are my favorite songs on the album.

Overall though, the band has become slightly more generic. Their older stuff is better.

General CommentGeneric my ass! When this first came out, I was pissed. I was looking for a heavier, melodic approach like Hours was. I started listening to this more and realized, wow, they still got it. They can do anything and still sound astounding.

I can hardly wait to see what else they throw at us in the future.

    God, I love Matt's voice.
