my everlasting war!

it was easy
to give-in to temptation
to glorify you
and become dependant

and you
to fail to provide clarity
and clarity

the signals
were easy to misinterpret
yet strong enough
to attract my hope

what burden
have I loaded on my shoulders -
even the strongest back
threatens to collapse beneath it

do you hear me? do you hear me?
you are out of reach but visible!
will this distance
lead us together?

it isn't easy
to forget who you are
but please...
please don't limit me!

General Commentsounds like christian or something who realizes it's hard to keep belief in "god" when theres not much clarity in such a thing.

Song MeaningI believe that this song is about someone that almost acts as if they like you, but they don't like you at the same time.

    "the signals
    were easy to misinterpret
    yet strong enough
    to attract my hope"

I think this sums it up, because he is saying that he thought she liked him, but he was just seeing what he wanted to in a way.

I could be totally wrong but oh well.

General CommentMy idea is that this song is about a long distance relationship. Becoming clingy or attached over the internet in particular
