Of time that we rode
Darkest vows seal my woe
I was seen in your head
The waste flew from
Our throats - desires
Fate is low - bleed
My eye - heal my stone
I will open a door
And bleed in your dreams
SIlently praying for
Enclosure within the
Flame of origin

General CommentI'm not even commenting on these lyrics, because the screams are so inhuman I can't even understand a word. They don't even sound like these, based on the pattern that the lyrics are uttered (that's the best word I can use!) Either some of them are just wordless screams or some of them are repeated. Regardless, this is obvious: The only way out of this nuclear wasteland is suicide ("Enclosure within the
flame of origin"). You feel the pain like no other song.

This is one of the few songs I'm actually afraid to hear. If you don't believe me, play it in the dark. Even the soft sections would make The Exorcist run in fear. And then, when 2:30 hits, there's nothing you can do. Be ready to not sleep tonight, no matter how prepared you are.

General CommentAre you bashing the band because of the screaming, or is that a compliment? But your right, this song IS scary.

General CommentI did not feel fear from this song. I felt surprise at his screams, how deep and full they are, how he must have experienced a lot of pain in his life to make those sounds. They pummel and awaken. They were so incredibly human, more human than most will ever be able to be, not inhumane at all.
