This is getting complicated so fast I can't keep up with your speed. Moving foward come so difficult for me. Brace yourself and I will lend a smile, try to remember when I held you awhile, not too long ago.

And I can't picture myself without your touch, and I promise not to bother you, but it's true that no one knows you like I do, and even if I can't say the words on my mind, I think of you all the time. I need you a single ground beneath my feet, a peice of me is missing only you fit, come on take me back, don't fight it.

I can't live in the past I know, but what if we could try again, start over like we had been. I can't give up, I need you so much, so this is how it feels to be forgotten.

And I can't picture myself without your touch, and I promise not to bother you, but it's true that no one knows you like I do, and even if I can't say the words on my mind, I think of you all the time. I need you a single ground beneath my feet, a peice of me is missing only you fit, come on take me back, don't fight it.

This could win her back, if she would take the time to see that I would give up everything for her.

It's true that no one knows you like I do, and even if I can't say the words on my mind, I think of you all the time.

It's true that no one knows you like I do, and even if I can't say the words on my mind, I think of you all the time.

I need you a single ground beneath my feet, a peice of me is missing only you fit, come on take me back, don't fight it.

It's true that no one knows you like I do, and even if I can't say the words on my mind, I think of you all the time.

I need you a single ground beneath my feet, a peice of me is missing only you fit, come on take me back, don't fight it.

It's about trying to get back together with a past love. Like you know it didn't work out the first time, but maybe you could try it again. Maybe it'll work.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
