"Runaway" as written by and Mike/palamarchuk Skill....
You've got your priorities
Respect and loyalties

oh oh oh oh oh oh

You've got your job and all things
Your house and company

oh oh oh oh oh oh

Look around it's what you wanted
Look around it's what you started
You've given up on what we had

Oh what we had

Runaway with me and dont look back
Spend your days with me and make this last

It's something that you've never seen
my sadness or my plea

oh oh oh oh oh oh

This isn't how we used to be
A boy run by his greed

oh oh oh oh oh oh

Look around its what you wanted
Look around its what you started
You've given up on what we had
Oh what we had

Runaway with me and dont look back
Spend your days with me and make this last
Runaway with me i know you could
Find a way and please forget the past

There are changes in our lives
There is a way we can survive

Runaway with me and dont look back
Spend your days with me and make this last

Runaway with me i know you can find a way and please forget the past
Runaway with me and dont look back
spend your days with me and make this last
Runaway with me i know you can
find a way and please forget the past

General CommentThis sounds to me like its about a relationship or potential relationship with a guy. Reason why I say potential is because maybe a guy promised this girl the world after he got his priorities together. Once he go his house and job and whatnot, he decided he possibly thought he was better than everyone or felt that all he needed was himself. The girl still care for the guy and was stuck waiting for him and now all she really wants is him. She doesn't care for material items. All along all she wanted was the guy, but he couldn't see it.

I just love this song. I found this song at the perfect time. I know someone going through this and this is a perfect song to show them. Go Betty Go is just amazing!!!!
