"I'm Impressed" as written by Shaun Abbott, Ross Bradbury Harley, Adam Hiles, William Justin Lockey and Paul John Mullen....
Congratulations, you're on time
Congratulations, you're on time
Tonight's your night but it will pass
You never thought that this could last
(ah did you)

Congratulations, I'm impressed
All you had to do was beat the best
There is a party in your hands
This place and venue in demand

Looks as though I've taken the wrong turn

So here we are now
And I'll take the easy road out of here
So here we are now
And I'll take the easy road out of here
Out of here

So when everything goes wrong
Don't expect to hear a song about it
About it

Changing your point of view again
Will create strain until the end
'Til the end

Looks as though I've taken the wrong turn

So here we are now
And I'll take the easy road out of here
So here we are now
And I'll take the easy road out of here
Out of here

And I'll take the back foot now
'Cos there's something missing
'Cos there's something missing
And I'll take the back foot now

So here we are now
And I'll take the easy road out of here
So here we are now
And I'll take the easy road out of here
So here we are now
And I'll take the easy road out of here

Out of here
I'm out of here
Out of here
I'm out of here

General CommentI love the contrast between the scathing verses, and the retreating chorus, seemingly sarcastically applauding someone for achievements that aren't as great as they might be making out, then revealing that the singer would just take the 'easy road out of here' anyway.

The 'All you had to do was beat the best' bit isn't in the lyric book, so I tried to work it out from just listening, I'm open to suggestions as to what it may be.
