I'm not ready for it
But then ever I could be?

I'm not

No name for her
But as it comes
We'll name each after its way

As with all else
Any piece has its place and form to fill

General CommentJust discovered the source of the opening vocal sample to this song: S01E06 of the British comedy show the Mighty Boosh: the music that comes on when the character Howard Moon looks at a photo of kittens to squelch an angry fit. One of the side stories in the episode is two pandas being coerced into breeding.

    General CommentWow, beautiful.
Perhaps this is about not being ready for a child?
    I'm not certain,
but anyhow, what a gorgeous song.

General CommentThe sound that pops in between him delivering the lyrics kind of sounds like a heavily processed baby's voice.

General CommentWhy doesn't this song have more comments? it's amazing.
Yeah i agree with the whole idea that it's him saying he's not ready to be a father.
The voice in the background is awesome.

    General CommentBeautiful, beautiful song.
At first I had no idea what this song was meant to be about.
But after reading the lyrics thoroughly I understand how it could be him saying he isn't ready to have a child.
    Panda Bear is amazing.

General CommentThe opening vocal is actually a French Motet by Guillaume de Machaut from the 14th century called "Rose, Liz, Printemps"

I heared the motet in medieval music class, I just couldn't believe it.... this guy is amazing!!!!!
