"Just The Way I Are" as written by and David W Terry....
It's easygoing sarcasm
Don't get me wrong girl
My heart is in the right place
But sometimes it's off course
This overwhelming feeling
Has taken over me again,
My love, don't get me

Wrong about the time
We took a walk,
We're holding hands, and I said
What if we got stuck
Like this forever
Wrong about the time
We took a swim
I turned to you and said
I'm drowning in
Your love, boy are you crazy
It's not the way I am,
It's just the way I are

But, darling if we stick together
And stumble onto buried treasure
Our hearts will soon
Become golden monuments
Of our devotion

Wrong about the time
We took a bike ride
Raced you to the westside
But you got pissed and left me
Wrong about the time
We took a hike,
I said get lost, you said
Okay again, I'm out of here
You're crazy boy
It's not the way I am,
It's just the way I are

General CommentThis song just gets in your head and stays there. It's simply addicting. I think the words have a pretty simplistic meaning; most likely being about a relationship, and the negative things that happen to them.
