"What are you looking for" as written by and Emma Anzai Timothy Price....

I walk the line
Of the disappointed
I celebrate
When I am in pain
My heart and mind
Can be as jointed
I built a bed in this hole I’ve made
I recognize that I am damaged
I sympathize that you are too
I wanna breathe
When I am feeling so self conscience
But it’s hard when the world
Is starring at you

Another piece of the puzzle
That doesn’t fit
You throw your arms up
You’re so damn sick of it
What are you working for?
What are you searching for?
Love
You wont be thinking of cars when
You’re on your death bed and dieing
You’ll only be thinking of
What you were paying for
What you were praying for
Love

You join the line
Of the getting richer
You keep your pace
But it’s moving slow
You are define by all that you are holding
But you are surprised it doesn’t fill up the hole

Another piece of the puzzle
That doesn’t fit
You throw your arms up
You’re so damn sick of it
What are you coping for?
What are you hoping for?
Love

You wont be thinking of cars when
You’re on your death bed and dieing
You’ll only be thinking of
What you were paying for
What you were praying for
Love

I’ll never be what I see on the TV screen
Ill just keeping dreaming of what I am never gonna be
I can’t think of a better way
To waste my time than try

Another piece of the puzzle
That doesn’t fit
You throw your arms up
You’re so damn sick of it
What are you hurting for?
What are you searching for?
Love

You won’t be thinking of cars when
You’re on your death bed and dieing
You’ll only be thinking of
What you were paying for
What you were praying for
Love

You won’t be thinking of cars when
You’re on your death bed and dieing
You’ll only be thinking of
What are you working for?
What are you waiting for?

You're on your death bed and dying
You'll only be thinking what you are paying for,
    What you are praying for,
    Love

You join the line of the getting richer
You keep your pace but it's moving slow
You are defined by all that you have holded
But you're surprised it doesn't fill up the hole

General Commenti agree with pullingthestrings, this song is GREAT and means exactly what they said. you wont be thinking of the money and shit when you're dying you'll be thinking about what you've accomplished and stuff. great lyrics, great band, great song. nuff said.

General CommentCan't believe there's no comments here. this is such a good song. "You won’t be thinking of cars when
You’re on your death bed and dieing
    You’ll only be thinking of
    What are you working for?
What are you waiting for?" It's self-explanatory. What are you living for? You're not going to think of that car you want when you're dying, you'll be asking yourself what you did with your life.

I love that line...it is really affecting me right now because my self-esteem is low, especially about looks.

an opportunity comes; great take it.
a friend leaves your life; be sad then get over it.

life is difficult, but it's how you get by that will matter to you in the end.
sure it's the people as well, but half of them you won't even remember in a few years.
what you will remember is how they affected you.

General CommentI'm pretty sure its "You won't be thinking of causes." Instead of "cars when."

General CommentOne of my favourite songs, despite it's soppy-poppyness. Still, brilliant :)
