"Pleasure In Pain" as written by Mark Hunter, Robert Arnold, Jim Lamarca, Chris Spicuzza, Matt Devries and Andy Herrick....
To tired to figure it out my head is spinning
My heart is so drained right now I think I'm slipping

On my last nerve
I'll get what I deserve

I need this I want this
I'm so obsessed
Pleasure in pain
I feel whole again

I break the seal with my hand my blood starts pumping
Screams ring out so loud right now so deafening

On my last nerve
I'll get what I deserve

I need this I want this
I'm so obsessed
Pleasure in pain
I feel whole again

You'll never forget my face

General CommentWhen i heard this i thought the lyrics where about a criminal escaping from prison/shackles to kill again or someshit.
'I need this I want this
    I'm so obsessed
    Pleasure in pain
    I feel whole again'

Gets off on violence? Feels complete again after killing after so long without.
'Screams ring out so loud right now so deafening'
Seems to fit the breaking free idea

    'You'll never forget my face'
He'll be remembered by the infamy of his crimes
    Think drugs only for pyscos.

General Commentits just about people who love pain. pretty self explanatory. but it could also be about a guy who is in a shitty relationship and the girl just hurts him over and over... but he still continues to love her through it all...

General Commentno-one has mentioned self harming!!!!!!

i rekon tis bout relationship where he loves her 2 much but she keeps hurtin/breakin his heart....
    like joecorrao...

which leads him 2 self harm
cos hes so depressed wen he gets hurt
physical pain is so much better than wot hes goin thru mentally
so its comparitively pleasure IN the pain hes bringing himself thru

    jsut my take on it....

General Commenti thought he was referring to cutting...
u know how they feel relieved after they cut.

besides...some people enjoy being pain (or in a dark mood).whether they express it by music or just enjoying being a freak and how they "feel whole" cuz its a part of their freaky attitude...hence they find "pleasure in pain"

u can never find a particular meaning to their songs...which is AWESOME!!

    General Commentcutting? really?
emo bands sing about cutting themselves.
its about anything that someone is addicted to or they think they cant live without.
could be a person who constantly lets them down but yet they continue to put faith into them. could be drugs or alcohol. some people have had shit happen to them that causes them to crave something they hate themselves for wanting.
thats the beauty of mark hunters lyrics. he writes lyrics that he knows people can relate to.
ive seen these guy live once and it was fucking amazing. cant wait to see them again.
    CHIMAIRA FUCKING RULES!!!
