"Roll the Credits" as written by and Peter/eriksson Moren....
Let's take the easy way out,
Let's move away for good,
Let's pull the curtains down and leave.
It's between me and her now,
Can't separate at all,
Let's put the cards back in the sleeve.

She's stepping on my shoes
And I couldn't want it more
That way I always know she's close
She's like a big orchestra
Playing my tiny tune
Let's pull the curtains down and leave

General CommentThe best song on Writer's Block, if you ask me.

General CommentSeriously? Because I don't see that at all. For me it's more like, a couple doesn't want to put up with all the crap the rest of the world is giving them for one reason or another, and they want to leave and live happily ever after together. I can see where you say it's the end, from "let's take the easy way out" and "let's pull the curtains down and leave", but I see those lines more as a way to seperate themselves from the world. And "she's stepping on my shoes/and i couldn't want it more" is like he loves her little quirks and such.

But I totally agree that it's best song on the album.

General CommentI couldn't agree more with ohlyndsey. This is also my favorite on Writer's Block.

General CommentI agree with ohlyndsey too, but it's a vague song and open to interpretation. That's the thing about good songs - they can mean anything to anybody.

General CommentI think this is about the end of the relationship. The point where you stop and say, "Okay, this is enough, we have to end things."

General CommentWhat I get from this (very sad) song, is a guy who has a girl who wants him much more than he wants her.
