"Thank You Very Much" as written by Nicholas Hodgson, Charles Richard Wilson, Nicholas Baines, James Rix and Andrew Robert White....
Didn't expect any of this
But it was really nice
Didn't want you to cause a fuss
But it feels alive

So thank you very much
Its really nice to know
That you enjoyed the show
And I want you to know when to go
'Cause this should be a thrill
But it feels like a drill
Now you must let me go, let me go

I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do
I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do
I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do
I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do

I remember what it was like
And it was really nice
Never thought I would experience this
From the other side

So thank you very much
It's really nice to know
That you enjoyed the show
And I want you to know when to go
'Cause this should be a thrill
But it feels like a drill
Now you must let me go, let me go

I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do
I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do
I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do
I just imagine that of you
And there's nothing nothing nothing I can't do

General Commentit's kind of an ironic song, don't you think? i mean, yes, it's a thank to the fans it one way, but what about this line:
"And I want you to know when to go
Cos this should be a thrill
But it feels like a drill
Now you must let me go, let me go"

bored of talking to fans who adore them?

General CommentSo I guess I was just really hearing the words to this song for the first time this morning. And I have to agree with UnCommon, this sounds like a put-down to me. Maybe to fans who get a little too clingy? Am I one of these people? Sure hope not.

General CommentLyrics are wrong, like pandora_ash_avalie said, its "alright" and more importantly: "I just imagine that I'm you, And there's nothing, nothing, nothing I can do" (I got the actual lyrics booklet)

He knows what it was like to go to a concert and have fun, wanting more and more but also knowing there's nothing you can do. But now he's on the other side and it feels more like a drill, thankful, but it just feels "alright".
