"Pregnant" as written by and Nathan Willet Matthew Aveiro....
Slither to sea, speakin' in tongues
Deft as a surgeon's knife, carvin' through bone

Pregnant with doubt, you figured out
Tricks of the trade to make whispers shout
Mouth full of sweets rotten your teeth
Lift up the rug and sweep it underneath

You were dreaming
When you don't believe

Pregnant with doubt, you figured out
Tricks of the trade to make whispers shout
Mouth full of sweets rotten your teeth
Lift up the rug and sweep it underneath

You were dreaming
When you don't believe

Slither to sea, speakin' in tongues
Deft as a surgeon's knife, carvin' through bone

General CommentI love this song, it's one of my favorites by the CWK. I think it's about a couple, maybe who were originally brought together by their religious beliefs, but now the wife is beginning to lose her faith. And her doubt has taken on a life of its own in the way that it's come between them, so it is like she is "pregnant with doubt". The lyrics make sense with this interpretation, the song could be about anything though, and I can't explain the muffled voice in the background. Sounds like the loudspeaker in a hospital.

General CommentI think its about just all people in the world lieing all the time to themselfs and to others.
"Slither to sea" - Snakes... kinnda a simbol of bad.
"speakin' in tongues" Never really saying what you should.
"Deft as a surgeon's knife" a simily making refrence to lieing being as smooth as a sugron (usualy highly skilled)
ah im not gonna explain every line it should be pretty stright forward.

Think thats what its about? thats my opinion

General CommentI think the title and the song are based off of the uncertainty of whether or not the other person (to which the writer is referring to ) can be trusted. As in "pregnant with doubt". I agree with DAWTSF as well, think he/she/it was right on target, nice work.

    General Comment"Mouth full of sweets
    Rottin' your teeth
Lift up the rug and sweep it underneath"

Self indulgence. Undesirable consequence. Corrective action taken.

Yep, it's about abortion. A cold, disregarded one at that, I believe.

General CommentI disagree Smurk, I see the line "mouth full of sweets Rottin your teeth" To go along with the previously expressed idea of lies. Mouth full of sweets=Sweet talk/talking soda pop/sugar coating it. All of these sayings are meant as lying to someone. and rottin your teeth is the harmful effect it has on the one who lies.
