These hysterical reactions
Don't make for your contentment, son
Hideous, grotesque ideas
Didn't make this time a happy one
Happy one...
Happy one...

I get my will broken in the grey twilight
It'll never be eclipsed
Superstition's what's everything
But still we live by the power of the stars
The power of the stars...
The power of the stars...

All my dreams come true at last
Pinch me, pinch me please
Again I'll topple that mirror down
And it hasn't shattered ever
Ever…
Ever...

You know saints and angels
and martyrs are pimps

You know saints and angels
and MPs are pimps

General CommentI think this is saying that all those exalted figures people are supposed to look up to are basically pimps who enlist regular folks to prostitute themselves for them. And the part where he says "all my dreams come true at last" is obviously sarcastic because he then says "pinch me, pinch me please."
