You said yourself before,
Where are you?
I'm needing you much more,
I bet you never knew

And now everything,
Is gonna fall apart.
I need you here,
Not just in my heart.

This wasn't how it's 'sposed to be
In loving memory
And now I'm torn with misery
In loving memory
I won't forget you, please don't me
In loving memory
This wasn't how it's 'sposed to be
In loving memory

You said yourself before,
Where are you?
Face down on the floor,
I bet you never knew

And now everything,
Is gonna break again.
If it just began,
Why did it have to end?
It won't go away.

This wasn't how it's 'sposed to be
In loving memory
And now I'm torn with misery
In loving memory
I won't forget you, please don't me
In loving memory
This wasn't how it's 'sposed to be
In loving memory

It won't go away.
It won't go away.
It won't go away.
It won't go away.

It won't go away.
It won't go away.
It won't go away.
It won't go away.

This wasn't how it's 'sposed to be
In loving memory
And now I'm torn with misery
In loving memory
I won't forget you, please don't me
In loving memory
This wasn't how it's 'sposed to be
In loving memory

In loving memory
In loving memory
In loving memory
In loving memory...

General CommentI really like this song. It's about a break-up and although he says in loving memory, the girl isn't really dead but it feels like it to him because she's not there. It's a sad song.

General CommentI don't think this song is about a break up. To me, it seems like it's about a close friend that passed away.
Especially the part 'I need you here, Not just in my heart' because he will have his friend in his heart forever but never 'here' again.
