Ba-ba-do-da-da-a-do-da-do-dat [x4]

I, do want him; something to begin
And trick him into knowing what to think
While walking around waiting downtown
I'm all missing or just missed
Most window-gazers never know what they witness
While walking around waiting downtown

Ba-ba-do-da-da-a-do-da-do-dat [x4]

Only me and I and us five
You hit my style, and wrap it's gloom in rhymes
While walking around waiting downtown

{Instrumental}

And stumble me from selling right out
While walking around waiting downtown

    General CommentYes. I know. The lyrics-okay. Don't actually make sense in the least bit. Catchy song though. AND-- if you listen to the song, you can kinda understand why I wrote the lyrics the way I did. Even... you know... you can't understand them.

    xxx.

    General Commenti always thought it was "to hit my style right between the eyes" but it doesn't quite fit. :) the last part is, i always thought, "and you're stopping me from sellin' right out."

    General CommentI think it's...

    Aye, you want him; something to begin.
    And trick them into knowing what you think,
    While walking around, waiting downtown.

    I'm all missing, or just missed;
    Most window-gazers never know what they... witness,
    While walking around, waiting downtown.

    Onlyyyy, me and I, and our fight...
    To hit my style right between their eyes,
    While walking around, waiting downtown.

    And stopping me from selling right out,
    While walking around, waiting downtown.

    I'm not sure about the second verse but it seems to make more sense to me. Any ideas/suggestions?
