It's getting difficult
Each moment here alone
And it's getting dark outside
And stranger here without you
But I see a firefly
Glowing in the summer sky
Like bright confetti
Burning in the night

How do you do it?
You make me feel this way
How do you do it?
All these games we play
How do you do it?
How can you say the things you say?
How do you do it?
It breaks my heart every day

Eveyday like yesterday

I don't think you know that I believe in you
I don't think you understand how much I love you still
I don't think you realise, that you are perfect in my eyes
And I don't think you know that I believe...
In you

It's getting harder
Everyday like yesterday
And tomorrow feels unreachable
A thousand years away
But I see a firefly
Swimming in the air tonight
Like bright confetti
Dancing in my mind

I spiral into circles
And all of this for you
So tell me how to find you now
And tell me what to do...

General CommentAwesome song, self explanitory though. It's about how he thinks his girl is perfect without the comments of anyone else.

General CommentI love this song. Yeah it doesn't have a hidden meaning but the rythm and the lyrics are perfect

General CommentOne of their few songs that have a meaning that pops right out... I love songs like that. Not as much as I like songs that the meaning isn't so obvious, though.

Basically yeah, just about someone who believes his girl is perfect no matter what people say, and that his girl doesn't seem to understand.

General CommentIn this way, perfection is relative. Sure, humans have their flaws, but that's a given. No one's perfect in the traditional sense, but sometimes you can find a person you find to be perfect for you. And that's special.

General CommentI think it's odd that everyone seems set on the meaning of this song. When I first heard it, I thought more about an estranged parent/child pair.
