"Some Day" as written by and Aviv Geffen....
When you were a boy
You had no place inside your parents' world
You were falling like the leaves
From an old and dying tree

You went to school
But the teachers made you feel a fool
While the children played with joy
You were the one they would avoid

Some day
You will find a better place to stay
You'll never need to feel this way again
Again, again

Show a smile
They'd like to have you in their members' club
They'll buy you drinks and tell you lies
They pour rumbrella with some ice

No one cares
About that fucking pretty face you have
It means nothing much this life
So find the highest cliff and dive

Some day
You will find a better place to stay
You'll never need to feel this way again
Again, again

Some day
You will find a better place to stay
You'll never need to feel this way again
Again, again

Some day
You will find a better place to stay
You'll never need to feel this way again
Again, again

General Commentgreat song. this and 1,000 are my favorite ones.
This verse is the climax of song for me:
    "No one cares
About that fucking pretty face you have
It means nothing much this life
So find the highest cliff and dive"

General CommentI actually thought the last verse was the weakest part of the song... Maybe I'm just misinterpreting it, but the song seems to describe someone who is not fitting in, then assures that it'll be better some day and it won't be so bad, which i thought had a nice meaning to it, but that verse just confuses me, it just seems to contradict everything else. Nice song anyway, and i think it's one of the two times that wilson has ever swore in a song (the other being "shit" on Fear of a Blank Planet)

General CommentI think I hear 'paper umbrella with some ice' instead, but cool little song nonetheless.

General CommentIt is "paper umbrella with some ice". It's in the album booklet. Please correct.
