This song speaks to me as a song of true love. Take the video, a girl falls in love with a werewolf in wolf form. When he shows up as a handsome young man during the full moon, she screams and faints. It doesn't matter if you're handsome, she'll love you as long as you're familiar. And "seguro de lo que sientes" (She's sure you feel the same).

That last line however, isn't saying "I'm sure you feel the same" but basicall I love you even if you don't know what you're feeling. <br /> <br /> Definitely, one of my favorite songs by her and I love the message.
I think this song is mostly about falling in love with someone who isn't what you quite expect, but loving that person no matter what. just lovely. :}
