When I'm tryin' to meet some needs
I don't like to be told
I got no cash left to pay
I don't like to be told
I got scars and I got friends
& I like scotch whisky
I don't need no little man to tell me what I am
I don't need no little man

I started up again
I'm optimistic
Yeah I think I'm on the mend
You can thank the music
& if I stumble now & then
If I'm too sarcastic
You don't need no little man
You don't need no little man

I got one hand on the weather
Holdin' off the rain
I started feelin' better
I got control again
I didn't find no buried treasure
Never bought no private plane
But my future's come together
I got control again

So I wrote another song
It's acoustic
& it's way too fuckin' long
But it sounds fantastic
If I play it to the end
Can I kiss your lips?
I wanna be your little man
I wanna be your little man
I wanna be your little man

General CommentAt a live show last year Pinky said this was one of the first songs he wrote aftre leaving MGF. It's obviously about the break-up of the band. It would be interesting to know who the "little man" is....?
