"I.O.I.O." as written by and Barry Alan/gibb Gibb....
I.O.I.I.I.I.I.O.I.O.

You know I love getting up in the morning
When the sun first strikes the trees
All the morning birds are sing above
Still bring back memories
Of a girl who stood beside me
When the rights I did were wrong
But she went back down the river
Just when I thought I could be strong
When I thought I could be strong

I.O.I.I.I.I.I.O.I.O.
I.O.I.I.I.I.I.O.I.O.

She never told me why she left me
But the letter say goodbye
Now my mornings are for wondering
And my nights to reason why
Why the stranger comes to steal the love
Of a girl I had hold
But she went back down the river
Just when I thought I could be strong
When I thought I could be strong
So I sing

I.O.I.I.I.I.I.O.I.O.
I.O.I.I.I.I.I.O.I.O.

General Commentyou guys have got to be kidding me! nobody ever commented on this song? this, must be, one of bee gees best songs!

it's light, brisk and for-no-reason happy, every time i listen to it, it just makes me feel all-right no matter whatever trouble there is in life. really, really great great song.

General Commenti thought it's about a guy who loves a girl, and some other guys comes to take the girl away from him, he tries hard to put up with living without her, and just when he thinks he is over her, she comes back to his life. and the I.O.I.O part tells us how happy the guy is, he forgets language and resort to instinct and sings it out in a hearty tone.
