"My Insatiable One" as written by Stephen Street and Steven Morrissey....
A child in a curious phase
A man with sullen ways
Oh, I know very well how I got my name

You think you were my first love
You think you were my first love, but you're wrong
You were the only one
Who's come and gone

When thirteen years old
Who dyed his hair gold ?
Oh, I know very well, I don't need to be told

You think you were my first love
You think you were my first love, but you're wrong
You were the only one
Who's come and gone

You were the only one
Who's come and gone

General CommentThis cover of a song originally done by the band Suede was never recorded by Morrissey, it was only performed on stage for a short period of the 1992 Your Arsenal tour, seguing from Morrissey's "Such A Little Thing Makes Such A Big Difference". Its lyrics are transcribed here without permission as they are heard on the version as performed in Colorado on 1 October 1992, the most commonly available version on bootleg.
