Contract killers cannot find me.
I'm at home, when I'm with you, no matter where I am.
Gimme my last rights, I'm converted.
Forever yours, my horny lord, we're introverted.

The end will be, much quicker than the beginning.
I'm hoping that the things I said, are remaining with you.
For every time I doubted you, I give myself a shiny bruise.
And I will be the sweetest thing, surrender.

Is it too late to say I'm sorry?
So buried by, for the selfish child, who missed his chance for holy mercy.
Buried alive in your own sorrow,
If this was me, I'd let you run away with all you borrowed.

The end will be, much quicker than the beginning.
I'm hoping that the things I said, are remaining with you.
For every time I doubted you, I give myself a shiny bruise.
And I will be the sweetest thing, surrender.

The end will be, much quicker than the beginning.
I'm hoping that the things I said, are remaining with you.
For every time I doubted you, I give myself a shiny bruise.
And I will be the sweetest thing, surrender.

The end will be, much quicker than the beginning.
I'm hoping that the things I said, are remaining with you.
For every time I doubted you, I give myself a shiny bruise.
And I will be the sweetest thing, surrender.

The sweetest thing, surrender.

General CommentThe Damnwells are so ridiculously underrated, this song is beautiful. Think it's retrospective of a break up with someone and how it was all a big mistake. This song explains his plight to get the relationship back, or at least to show his remorse for doubting her
